Reman and Return Criteria and Packaging Guidelines

Reman and Return Service.

All items returned for Reman and Return should be packed and returned in a suitable sturdy box, well packed and sealed to ensure the product reaches us in the same condition it was sent. Please follow these guidelines when preparing items for return.

Packing Correctly

Selecting the correct size box reduces the risk of the product moving around and causing damage to the parcel. Be sure to fill any empty spaces with suitable void fill. All Fluid should be drained and the part placed in a plastic bag to ensure any residue is contained. Failure to do this can result in fluid leaking in the box with the cardboard becoming saturated.

When you are closing the box avoid overlapping the flaps as this weakens the cardboard and reduces the integrity of the box.

When sealing the box, seal across each seam to maintain the strength of the box.
