Core units are only accepted on a like for like basis and should be returned in a box reducing the risks of damage during transit. This also aids Identifications and speeds up the Core Credit process.

All our core unit returns are visually inspected. If any of the Criteria listed is not met, then the unit will be rejected and returned to the customer.

NB: We will only accept undamaged core.

Checks to be carried out

1. Check the complete pump for any signs of tampering.
2. Check the oil reservoir for any damage.
3. Check the connector plugs for any damage
4. Check the alloy pump base lug castings for any damage
5. Check the mounting brackets at the bottom of the pump for damage
